Greig Won't Testify Against 'Whitey' Bulger

The girlfriend of James "Whitey" Bulger will not testify in the alleged mobster's trial, as part of a plea deal worked out with federal prosecutors.

Under the deal, Catherine Greig will plead guilty on Wednesday to three charges, including conspiracy to harbor a fugitive, identity fraud and conspiracy to commit identity fraud.

She could face as little as 32 months in prison and, as a part of the deal, will not have to testify against Bulger.

Greig and Bulger were arrested in Santa Monica, Calif. last June after spending 16 years on the run.

Bulger faces charges in connection with 19 murders.
