Columnist Reflects On The Late John Silber

Longtime former Boston University President John Silber is being remembered for his aggressive leadership style that changed the face of BU and education in Massachusetts.

Silber died of kidney failure in his Brookline home Thursday. He was 86.

To talk about his legacy, Jeff Jacoby, a columnist for The Boston Globe who worked for Silber at BU, joined Morning Edition Friday.
