Rondo Tears ACL, Out For The Season

BOSTON — The Celtics snapped their six game loosing streak with a double overtime win against the Miami Heat at the TD Garden Sunday, 100-98.

But the struggling Celtics are still two games below .500 — at 21 wins and 23 losses on the season — and now they’ve lost point guard Rajon Rondo to a knee injury. Rondo tore his ACL during Friday night’s double-overtime loss in Atlanta.

Only A Game’s Doug Tribou joined WBUR’s Morning Edition to talk about what this means for the team.
