Lawyers In Tsarnaev Case Must Deliver List Of Potential Witnesses To Judge By Year's End

As they prepare for trial a month and a half from now, lawyers for Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev now have some extra work to do.

A federal judge has dealt the defense another setback by ordering lawyers to turn over a list of all potential witnesses by the end of the year.
