Boston has been a majority-minority city since 2000, and Mayor Marty Walsh says he's working to make city government more reflective of that diversity.

Walsh on Tuesday introduced Boston's first-ever chief diversity officer, along with a plan to make that office effective. Listen above to a full report from WBUR's Delores Handy.
