Back From Iraq, Rep. Moulton Expresses Skepticism Over Obama's ISIS Strategy

A former Marine and Iraq war veteran, freshman Massachusetts Congressman Seth Moulton is just back from Iraq.

Moulton is one of four members of the House Armed Services Committee who spent last week visiting Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates.

The visit came as a Congress debates President Obama's controversial request for authority to use military force against ISIS.

Rep. Moulton joined WBUR's Morning Edition to talk about the president's request and his recent visit.
