The Defense Perspective On The Tsarnaev Penalty Phase
ResumeUntil now, defense lawyers in the Boston Marathon bombing trial have had relatively little to say.
But that changes Monday, as the defense begins making its case to spare convicted bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev from the death penalty.

Hoose joins us for his perspective on the Tsarnaev trial.
