Judge Rules In Favor Of Tom Brady In 'Deflategate' Legal Case

04:01

The New England Patriots were losers in their final pre-season game Thursday night, falling to the New York Giants 12-9. But the team had a big victory off the field. A federal judge in New York threw out quarterback Tom Brady's four-game suspension. The judge ruled the NFL failed to treat Brady fairly during its review of allegations he played a role in deflating footballs used in a playoff game last season.

This segment aired on September 4, 2015.
