On this first anniversary of Hurricane Sandy, Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson checks in with the mayor of Union Beach, N.J., about how his community is recovering and remembering.

"As it wears on, we're just happy to see people building. We're happy to see people coming home. That's a good thing," says Mayor Paul Smith.
