Last week, a federal judge ruled that one such law passed this year in Idaho may be a restriction of free speech and unconstitutional.
Meanwhile, animal welfare activists are employing another method to carry out their "whistleblower" campaigns: unmanned aerial vehicles, more commonly known as drones.
