Obama Names Ron Klain Ebola 'Czar'
ResumeToday President Obama appointed a former White House manager as the Ebola response coordinator, or Ebola Czar.
Ron Klain was the chief of staff to Vice President Joe Biden, and as the Ebola Czar will report to national security adviser Susan Rice and homeland security adviser Lisa Monaco.
After weeks of missteps in the response to the Ebola virus arriving in the U.S., the President said yesterday that he was open to the idea of appointing a single person to oversee the effort going forward.
