An estimated one in four Cubans have access to the Internet, and most of those who do find it tightly regulated by the Cuban government. Cuban President Raul Castro vows to give more Cubans access to the Internet over the next five years.

As U.S. relations warm with the island nation, executives from Silicon Valley are seeing opportunity open up there, albeit slowly. Beth Willon of Here & Now contributor KQED reports.
