Trump Calls Dallas Shootings 'An Attack On Our Country,' Clinton To Speak In Philadelphia

In a statement, Donald Trump called the fatal shooting of five police officers in Dallas last night an "an attack on our country" and said "we must restore law and order."

Hillary Clinton tweeted that she mourns for the officers and their families, and plans to address the shooting in a speech in Philadelphia tonight.
