Texas Hot Air Balloon Accident Raises Safety Questions

Investigators are looking into the cause of the hot air balloon accident that killed all 16 people on board in Texas over the weekend. It's raised questions about whether the federal government should tighten its safety regulations on hot air balloon operators.
