In his foreign policy speech on Monday in Ohio, Donald Trump called for "extreme vetting" of anyone coming into the U.S., and said it was time for the U.S. to return to a Cold War mindset when it comes to immigration.

Here & Now's Robin Young talks to Doris Meissner, a senior fellow at the Migration Policy Institute, about how immigrants are currently vetted, and what Trump's proposals mean to people involved in immigration.
