Starbucks Drive-Thru Service Lags Competitors In New Ranking

Fast food is getting a little less fast.

That's according to the latest edition of an annual survey by QSR Magazine and SeeLevel HX, which timed drive-thru service at 15 of the nation's biggest restaurant chains and found the average speed of service was up to 226.3 seconds, 5 seconds more than last year and up 23 seconds from two years ago.

Wendy's and Dunkin' Donuts were the fastest, while Starbucks took last place with an average service time of about 5 minutes per order.
