Pound Plunges Amid Brexit Concerns

The British pound took a dive on Asian markets today after French President Francois Hollande called for tough Brexit negotiations. Brexit refers to the vote by people in the U.K. to leave the European Union.

British Prime Minister Theresa May said last Sunday she will trigger Article 50, the clause that starts the exit process in March 2017.

Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson speaks with BBC political correspondent Rob Watson about where the process to leave the EU stands.
