Today marks the one-year anniversary of the terror attack in San Bernardino, California.

On Dec. 2, 2015, Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik opened fire at the Inland Regional Center, ultimately killing 14 and injuring 22. Among those at the scene that day were Julie Paez, a worker who helped to organize the end-of-year party, KNBC reporter Alex Vasquez and Sgt. Gary Schuelke of the San Bernardino Police Department.

Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson traveled to San Bernardino in June to check in with Paez, Vasquez and Schuelke, and hear how they were recovering and moving on from the events of that day.

This segment aired on December 2, 2016.
