Failed Cease-Fire Prevents Thousands From Escaping Aleppo
ResumeA cease-fire deal in Aleppo announced yesterday by Turkey, Russia and the Syrian rebels failed, resulting in resumed fighting. Thousands of people, including medical staff who were expecting to leave under the deal, were not able to because of the resumed artillery shelling in besieged neighborhoods.
