When Congress returns tomorrow, Republicans will control the House and Senate, and have a president coming into office who will likely be on board with signing their bills into law.

NPR's Ron Elving (@NPRrelving) talks with Here & Now’s Peter O’Dowd about Republican lawmakers’ biggest priorities, including health insurance and tax reform, and whether President-elect Donald Trump will stay true to his campaign promises.

This segment aired on January 2, 2017.
