The Navajo Nation, the country's largest Native American tribe, has accepted more than $1 billion from a federal program to build houses. But a new report found that almost two decades later, there's little to show for that money.

Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd speaks with Craig Harris (@charrisazrep), a senior reporter at the Arizona Republic, who investigated the story with colleague Dennis Wagner.

This segment aired on January 2, 2017.
