Democrats Vie For Trump's Infrastructure Funds

Democratic governors across the country are not happy with the course President Trump is setting. Last week they criticized him for his proposal to turn Medicaid into a block grant program, and for his executive order on immigration.

But it turns out there is something even Democrats want from the new president.
