Parliament Paves The Way For Brexit To Begin

The British Parliament has passed the Brexit bill, making it possible for Prime Minister Theresa May to trigger Article 50, formally notifying the European Union that Britain intends to withdraw, and starting a two-year negotiation process.

On Monday, Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon announced that she'll call for a second referendum on Scottish independence from the U.K., to keep Scotland in the EU.
