Tuesday is day two of confirmation hearings for President Trump's nominee to the Supreme Court, Judge Neil Gorsuch. The hearings are scheduled to run for 10 hours, and continue on Wednesday.

Here & Now's Robin Young talks with Emily Bazelon (@emilybazelon), staff writer at the New York Times Magazine and a fellow at Yale Law School, about the confirmation hearings, and what we're learning about Gorsuch.
