On Sunday morning a United Airlines agent barred two teenagers from a flight for wearing leggings. A traveler witnessed the girls being turned away and tweeted about it. The woman happened to have a big Twitter following, and the post went viral.

United responded with a series of tweets but didn't immediately explain that the dress code applied only to United pass travelers — employees' family and friends, who fly free. Airline Weekly's Seth Kaplan discusses the fallout with Here & Now's Robin Young.

This segment aired on March 27, 2017.
