Republicans Say They Have An Answer For Sick People: High-Risk Pools

Before the Affordable Care Act, if someone had a serious illness and was turned down for insurance, they could turn to the high-risk pools run by many states to get coverage.

Republicans now want to bring those pools back. Here & Now's Robin Young checks in with Kaiser Health News correspondent Julie Rovner (@jrovner) for more on what they are.
