Changes May Be Ahead For California's Largest Immigrant Detention Center

In the high desert of southern California, there's a town called Adelanto. For years, its survival has depended on the money it gets from detaining immigrants. But a state lawmaker wants to end the private detention contracts that are lucrative for Adelanto and other cities.
