Special Elections In Georgia And South Carolina Stay In GOP Hands

Republican Karen Handel won the much-watched special election in Georgia’s 6th Congressional District. In South Carolina, Republican Ralph Norman also won a seat in Congress, but by a smaller margin than expected.
