Helicopter Attacks Venezuelan Government Buildings

A police helicopter strafed the court building and a government ministry in Caracas on Tuesday night. The country's embattled president Nicolas Maduro called it a terrorist attack. Maduro's government has been the subject of months of protests by demonstrators who blame him for the country's failing economy.
