In Fire-Ravaged Santa Rosa, A Radio Station Becomes A Lifeline

In Santa Rosa, California, KZST-FM abandoned its normal music programming and is broadcasting live coverage of the Northern California wildfires. Staffers fought flames with fire extinguishers and received special permission to keep their station on the air 24/7, even though they were advised to evacuate.
