Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and Secretary of Defense James Mattis are scheduled to testify Monday before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. The subject of the hearing is the Authorization for the Use of Military Force.

Here & Now's Robin Young speaks with Democratic Sen. Tim Kaine (@timkaine), who says he believes there should be a new AUMF to cover the current conflicts the U.S. military is involved in.
