It's been just over one year since a wave of ballot initiatives brought the total number of states to legalize marijuana for medical or recreational use up to 29, plus the District of Columbia. Not all states are making the same progress establishing their regulations.

Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson looks back at how marijuana laws have changed since last year's elections with Ryan Nerz (@ryannerz), correspondent for Fusion.
