Do We Need More Veterans In Congress? This PAC Thinks So
ResumeConor Lamb, a Democrat, former Marine and apparent winner in Pennsylvania's special House election, will soon join a small group in Congress: military veterans. Just 19 percent of U.S. representatives are former service members. In the late 1960s and early 1970s, they made up around 75 percent.
