Conor Lamb, a Democrat, former Marine and apparent winner in Pennsylvania's special House election, will soon join a small group in Congress: military veterans. Just 19 percent of U.S. representatives are former service members. In the late 1960s and early 1970s, they made up around 75 percent.

Rye Barcott wants to change that. Barcott (@ryebarcott), co-founder of the political action committee With Honor, speaks with Here & Now's Robin Young about its mission and latest endorsements of veteran candidates for Congress.

This segment aired on March 15, 2018.
