On Monday, we took a look at how Robert Mercer — the influential conservative political donor who helped President Trump get elected — was able to get a badge when he joined the volunteer reserve officer program in Lake Arthur, New Mexico. With that badge came the privilege to concealed carry a weapon anywhere in the country.

Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd checks back in with Zachary Mider (@zachmider) of Bloomberg News about a new development: the reserve officer program has shut down.

This segment aired on April 11, 2018.
