Rare Elephant Twins Born In Tanzania

Conservationists in Tanzania's Tarangire National Park have learned a 57-year-old elephant gave birth to twins in August 2017. Elephant twins are rare, and mortality is often higher among twins, but the calves are reportedly doing well.
