In a 5-4 vote, the Supreme Court on Monday upheld a controversial law in Ohio that allows state officials to purge voters from registration rolls if they do not vote in two consecutive elections, and then fail to respond to a mailing. NPR's Nina Totenberg calls it "the most aggressive voter-purge system in the country."

Here & Now's Robin Young speaks with NPR lead politics editor Domenico Montanaro (@DomenicoNPR).

This segment aired on June 11, 2018.
