Violence Sweeps Nicaragua As Uprising Continues

For more than two months, violence has gripped Nicaragua, with at least 170 people killed and many more wounded. Opposition activists armed with makeshift mortars are facing off against pro-government gangs, police and paramilitary forces.

Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson speaks with Delphine Schrank (@delphineschrank), Reuters chief correspondent for Mexico and Central America, about the uprising and calls to oust Nicaragua President Daniel Ortega.
