Millions of people have fled Syria since the civil war started there in 2011. Millions more are internally displaced.

Here & Now's Meghna Chakrabarti speaks with Dr. Zaher Sahloul (@sahloul), president and co-founder of MedGlobal, a relief organization that has been working in refugee camps in the region.
