Ohio County Says No More To Pennsylvania's Toxic Fracking Wastewater

Pennsylvania produces nearly 20 percent of the country's gas through fracking. Much of the toxic wastewater created in that drilling process is exported across the border to Ohio. One county in eastern Ohio is now saying it's had enough.
