Oregon's sanctuary state law, passed more than 30 years ago, could be overturned by voters on Election Day. The bipartisan law passed easily in the 1980s, but now has law enforcement — and voters — divided. Oregon Public Broadcasting's Conrad Wilson (@conradjwilson) reports.
