Rain is in the forecast for Butte County, California on Wednesday, where the deadly Camp Fire is still burning. The rain could hamper the volunteer teams looking for human remains.

Here & Now's Robin Young speaks with Chris Blair, a retired firefighter batallion chief who volunteered on a team from Santa Barbara on a search team in Paradise.
