Attorney General William Barr Skips House Hearing
ResumeAttorney General William Barr did not appear before the House Judiciary Committee on Thursday, despite threats from Rep. Jerry Nadler, the committee chairman, that Barr could face a contempt of Congress citation. On Wednesday, Barr testified for several hours before the Senate, defending his and President Trump's handling of the Mueller investigation.
