Judges Call For Independent Immigration Court System

09:27

With over one million unheard cases backlogging the immigration courts across the country, immigration judges are buckling under the pressure of high quota numbers and what many argue is a highly politicized court process.

Here & Now's Tonya Mosley speaks with Judge Ashley Tabaddor, president of the National Association of Immigration Judges.

This segment aired on February 5, 2020.
