Washington Dam Removal Will Give Salmon The Chance To Spawn

A dam blocking the Middle Fork of the Nooksack River in northern Washington is being removed this summer.

As Eilis O'Neill of KUOW reports, the $18 million project is part of the nationwide effort to take down dams that have outlived their usefulness.
