Contact tracing is vital in helping to stop the spread of the coronavirus. But officials at health departments nationwide say the process is being delayed by poor communication between labs and testing sites, and by people not wanting to share information about who they have been around.

Anna Huntsman from NPR member station WCPN in Cleveland has the story.
