Vice President Harris Addresses Migration In Guatemala, Mexico

Vice President Kamala Harris is in Guatemala on Monday to meet with President Alejandro Giammattei and entrepreneurs from the country in an effort to address the factors driving surges in migration to the U.S. She'll do the same in Mexico on Tuesday.
