Russia alleges Ukraine military strike on Russian oil depot

A Russian official is claiming that Ukraine sent military helicopters into Russia early on Friday to attack an oil storage facility in the border region of Belgorod. Ukraine hasn't confirmed or denied that it ordered the strike.
