Lula da Silva kicks off pre-campaign in Brazil's presidential election

Brazil's presidential election campaign is in its early stages, and Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva kicked off his pre-campaign over the weekend.

Lula has been president twice before and is slightly ahead of President Jair Bolsonaro in polls.
