Kentucky Democrat Charles Booker wears noose in ad criticizing Rand Paul

Kentucky's first Black Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate has issued a controversial video ad. In the ad, Charles Booker is attacking the record of his opponent Rand Paul while wearing a noose around his neck.
