Drug overdose deaths have hit a new high and it's impacting Black Americans most. New data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention finds death rates were highest among Black Americans from 2019 to 2020.

WBUR's Martha Bebinger went to Brockton, Massachusetts to try and understand why Black communities are hit hardest and what's being done to fix it.
